Our Practice

Dee Why Parade Physiotherapy is a general physiotherapy practice offering assessment and treatment in all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. We offer a quality service with personalised treatment. We treat people of all ages. Consultations are by appointment. We are located on the first floor (level 2) of the Oceanbreeze building in 8/5 Dee Why Parade, Dee Why.
The initial consultation involves a one hour appointment with one of our highly qualified physiotherapists. A full assessment is undertaken to allow us to determine the most appropriate treatment for your condition. Follow up appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes. Practice hours are from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and 8.30 to 12.00 on Saturday morning.
A doctors referral is not required if you are attending our practice as a private patient. A referral from your local doctor is required if you are attending under Workcover, Veterans Affairs, Compulsory Third Party Insurance or the Enhanced Primary Care Scheme.
At your first appointment you need to bring your doctors referral, relevant x -rays and scans and your health fund card. Insurance details are needed if you are attending under Workcover or CTP. If attending with an EPC referral you need to bring your Medicare card and your Veterans Affairs card if attending with a DVA referral.
A home visit can be arranged for patients too disabled or ill to attend the practice. We travel to Collaroy, Collaroy Plateau, Narraweena, Dee Why and North Curl Curl. Home visits are usually restricted to Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
Private fees are payable at the time of consultation. Our practice is fully computerised and is linked to HICAPS which gives immediate health fund rebates. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash and cheque payments. We offer a discount for pensioners, seniors and health care card holders. Information on our fees is available by calling reception on 9971 8110.
Our practice has a privacy policy which is available on request.
